Furlonge

Dom’s passion for music surfaced at an early age. A classically trained pianist, he developed a passion for song writing and improvisation and soon began experimenting with electronic sounds after hearing the likes of Klute, Photek and Ed Rush and Optical. He started making bedroom beats at university in 2002, and began taking things seriously three years later after deciding the world of regular work was not his bag.

His enthusiasm for a broad range of musical styles can be heard in his production, with influences ranging from classical, jazz, rock and electronica all making their presence felt. Describing his time in the studio as a quest to find sounds that tick the boxes of good quality song writing and good times on the dance floor, his output is frequently diverse but never disappointing.

With the release of ‘This Love’ single as well as 'Time Remains' on Matrix & Futurebound's 'Worldwide 001' album, Furlonge has taken his game to a new level, which is soon to be eclipsed with the release of 'All You Ever Knew', his first Dubstep track, backed with familiar uplifting vibes of 'Reach Out', featuring Katie Alley on vocals.
